Collection of access data
The provider collects data about every access to the online offer (so-called server log files). The access data includes name of the retrieved web page, file, date and time of retrieval, amount of data transferred, message about successful retrieval, browser type and version, the user's operating system, referrer URL (the previously visited page), IP address and the requesting provider ,
The provider uses the log data without assignment to the person of the user or other profiling according to the statutory provisions only for statistical evaluations for the purpose of operation, security and the optimization of the online offer. However, the provider reserves the right to subsequently review the log data if, on the basis of concrete evidence, the legitimate suspicion of unlawful use exists.
Collection and use of personal data
Personal data are collected and used by the provider only if this is permitted by law or the users consent to the data collection. As a rule, it is recognizable to users when using the service which data are stored, such as name, e-mail address and message when using the order form.
The personal data provided for the purpose of ordering goods (such as name, e-mail address, address, payment details) are used by the seller for the performance and execution of the contract.
