FAQ: Reverse osmosis hydrogen water misterwater

Question:
Dear Mr. Asenbaum,

I watched various videos of them with interest. Thank you very much for all the information.
To be honest, the more I look into the topic, the more questions come up.
For 3 years we have installed a reverse osmaosis system from Mr. Meidert as an under-table device.
The recommendation came from a friend and I quickly ordered because I intuitively knew that filtering was necessary
Make sense. Meidert is much more expensive than the other providers, right? Better quality?
Now I wanted to make hydrogen water and came across Mr. Schnappauf during my research.
He gave me important information and I'm afraid that we will have to replace the osmosis system because it might be contaminated due to vacations etc. Regular flushing never took place during these times. We have a water tank, my husband would prefer direct flow. Are these systems loud? I would like to avoid a power connection, it would also be super difficult.
So many questions. For hydrogen water, the Lourdes generator was recommended... Expensive, stationary device (wrong color),...
In your videos you talk about boosters, but also about a high hydrogen content and being careful with metals in your mouth.
My husband and I are 60 years young and have gold crowns from ancient times.
I would be very grateful for a few tips and suggestions, also interested in quality.

I would be very pleased to receive the pdf files “electroactivated water”.

Answer:

Hello Judith,
Attached you will find my book and much more as a PDF. https://www.aquacentrum.de/wp-content/uploads/2020/05/Linkliste-Asenbaum-aktuell.pdf
All of your general questions are actually answered there and I will only address your specific situation.
Here you will find the values of your water supplier in supply area II. https://www.stadtwerke-bonn.de/fileadmin/download-center/PDFs/Wasser/Wasseranalyse_2019_final_web.pdf It is clear to me that Messrs. Meidert and Schnappauf, who are well known to me, like to sell reverse osmosis systems. However, I don't see any reason for an emergency filtration measure such as reverse osmosis based on a single measurement of your water from the Wahnbachtalsperre. Rather, I see a need for mineralization like this: https://www.aquacentrum.de/shop/nachmineralisierungs-kartusche-mit-biokeramiken/  Because their water has very few minerals. 50 mg calcium per liter is rightly the minimum standard for drinking water in many countries. Your tap water only has 33,9 ± 3,8 mg/l.
What the reverse osmosis jihadists claim is that minerals from water should not be bioavailable at all: you have to eat them or drink them as juice. But there is a calorie problem. You have to eat a lot to compensate for the almost 100% available minerals (ions!!!!!) from the water (average daily water requirement 0,03 l/kg body weight). Or drink beer instead of fructos-rich juice, like an RO water specialist from Bavaria. The absolute opposite of the reverse osmosis sellers' claims is true. Minerals from water are even more bioavailable than from milk and twice as available as from any other food.
Honestly, I'm always amazed when doctors who have actually learned how our physiology works buy reverse osmosis systems. Reverse osmosis is emergency filtration when the water does not meet drinking water standards. This is needed in some non-European countries and on space stations to make urine drinkable again. Or where there is not enough water, like in Israel, where the post-mineralization of osmosis water from seawater desalination is the law.
Water can not only bring minerals but also take them away if it is subisotonic like RO water. In 99% of cases in Germany, a filter system without an osmosis membrane, which leads to mineral loss, is sufficient. In a reverse osmosis system, the actual pollutants (organic chemistry, heavy metals, radioactive substances) are largely dealt with by the pre-filters with activated carbon. The activated carbon also takes care of the non-polar pollutants that are not even detected by the stupid TDS measurement from Meidert & Co. because they have no conductivity.
So much for filtration. Now about hydrogen water. In principle, there is no such thing as too much hydrogen concentration in drinking water because excess hydrogen shoots out of the body within a few minutes, especially through the respiratory tract and skin. The amount of hydrogen required in the body, for example to neutralize strong ROS such as hydroxyl radicals and peroxynitrite anions, depends on the health status. It doesn't matter whether I drink one glass with 3 ppm or 10 glasses with 0,3 ppm, because both correspond to an amount of 3 mg H2, which is scientifically recognized as a therapeutic dose in most cases.
So far, I have only observed the gold tooth/amalgam phenomenon when using hydrogen effervescent tablets, which develop a hydrogen concentration of more than 2,5 mg/l when dissolved in a small amount of water. Even in this case, a "redox discharge" with unpleasant sensory properties does not always occur in gold/amalgam teeth. Perhaps this is related to the pH of the saliva. People with acidic saliva below pH 7 often suffer from dental problems and therefore have fillings or implants inserted more often. At 64, I myself have no fillings or implants of any kind and do not feel any irritation with a saliva pH > 7, even with an experimental hydrogen concentration of 10 mg/l.
To start with, I would suggest you try the tablets first. The more water you dissolve them in, the less likely a redox discharge will occur. https://www.aquacentrum.de/shop/hydronade-magnesium-h2-sprudeltabletten-zur-herstellung-von-magnesiumhaltigem-wasserstoffwasser/
Cheaper in the long run is a booster that allows you to control the hydrogen concentration that is most comfortable for you by choosing the production time. The currently most reliable one is: https://www.aquacentrum.de/shop/aquavolta-age2-go-2-8-ppm-wasserstoffwasser-generator/
The Lourdes does not even deliver half the hydrogen concentration, namely a maximum of 1,2 mg/l in 30 minutes. https://www.aquacentrum.de/shop/lourdes-generator-antioxidatives-wasserstoffwasser/ And he's not mobile either. For the price of Lourdes you get 3 boosters with at least 2,8 mg/l in the same time. The Lourdes is not only inferior in terms of price-performance ratio, but also gets few points in the test because of its lack of mobility and spreadability. Because one thing always applies: hydrogen water is best drunk shortly after production. And that's why every family member should have their own hydrogen H2 booster.
My recommendation for your reverse osmosis system would be to install a downstream post-mineralization cartridge. https://www.aquacentrum.de/shop/nachmineralisierungs-kartusche-mit-biokeramiken/ Use it to fill the currently best H2 booster. https://www.aquacentrum.de/shop/aquavolta-age2-go-2-8-ppm-wasserstoffwasser-generator/ Drink the whole thing immediately after production. Based on the current state of science, you can't do it better.
If you can't decide today, ask again after six months. We are constantly developing new technologies in this huge future market, which is becoming increasingly important due to the current Corona pandemic, as you can see in the most recent video in my link list. https://www.aquacentrum.de/wp-content/uploads/2020/05/Linkliste-Asenbaum-aktuell.pdf
If you have any questions, I would be very grateful for a mask-free call, which is firstly not contagious and secondly not as strenuous as answering the countless emails during this time.
Kind regards /with kind regards
Karl Heinz Asenbaum
