Do you notice a difference to normal tap or filtered water?
Yes, you can taste a difference when you use the pre-filter, pitcher filter , or Modern table-top filter used. When it comes to the mineral depot itself, you can taste a difference depending on the water.
Do you still need a water filter?
Yes, like the airbag in the car, the water airbag at home or on the go, it is important. We're giving away the jug filter.
Does this device also filter the water?
The mineral filter (mineral depot, called filter ring) breaks down at most chlorine and catalytically converts it into chloride ions (salt).
The pre-filter (can filter or a modern table-top filter) filters out all conceivable pollutants, including heavy metal salts. The silver ions built into the filter medium are very effective against germination in the can filter insert. Silver ions are also used in the Modern Filter and all Aquaphor filters
How long do the filter rings last? How much do the filter rings cost?
2 months after the first contact with the water, due to the risk of bacteria, as it is not doped with silver. A ring costs 15 euros including VAT.
Can you use the filter ring and mineral depot at the same time?
There is only one filter ring or better name, mineral depot, mineral ring for short
If the battery lasts for 40 uses, does it need to be recharged or replaced?
The battery is then recharged using a mobile phone charging cable, which is included, and a power adapter is also included
How much water can I produce in 2 months (mineral depot)? 3 or 4 liters per day? (180 or 240 liters or more?)
As much as you want, the mineralization effect will wear off over time, which is not so bad. Personally, I prefer to work without the mineral depot, as the hydrogen can then be distributed much better. It is also a lot more visually appealing to see the many, many very fine bubbles. The mineral deposit tends to disrupt the distribution and appearance.
Is the mineral depot “used up” exactly after 2 months? Or why does it last 2 months?
Because of the risk of bacteria, as always with water issues, if silver is not used in the filter.
