Ordering Process

1. shopping cart

Select the products you would like to order by clicking the “Add to Cart” button. This will add your selection to the shopping cart. You can change this selection at any time until you submit your order by changing the number of products, deleting the selection by clicking on the “(x)” box or canceling the ordering process. To change the quantity of one or more items in the shopping cart, enter the desired quantity in the appropriate field and then click the “Update shopping cart” button. By clicking on the “Proceed to checkout” button you will go to the next ordering step.

2. cash register

Please login with your eMail address and your password if you already have a customer account, otherwise please register as a new customer. Your data will be collected, processed and used (privacy notice) in compliance with data protection regulations. No other use or transfer to third parties takes place. If you are already registered, you can now select the shipping method. Click on the "Next" button to proceed to the next order step.

3. Check billing and shipping address / select payment method / select shipping method / terms and conditions and cancellation

Enter your shipping address and, if necessary, a different billing address and select your desired payment method. Enter your desired shipping method. Please read the general terms and conditions and the cancellation policy carefully and confirm your acceptance (check the box). Then click on the “Next” button to go to the next step.

4. complete the order process

You will receive an overview of your order: the selected products, the shipping and billing address and your contact details. Check whether all information is correct. By clicking the “Buy” button, you send your order to us. You hereby submit a legally binding offer.
