  • We will create a return label for you and send it to you as a label (if we have shipped the goods in advance) or otherwise in advance by email
  • If by email from DHL: You print out the label with a printer and stick it on the package, ideally protected from rain.
  • All you need to do is hand the package over to the post office at the checkout
  • The costs will be paid by us if during the test phase or in the event of a warranty claim
  • Otherwise, customers in Germany pay €6,50 including 19% VAT, up to a maximum of 31,5 kg
  • Customers from Europe including Switzerland: €25, including 19% VAT.

Procedure for making a return to the Aquacentrum – apply for a DHL return label and send the goods back

1. Pack the goods

Pack the goods in the original package or in another sturdy box.

Enclose the return form from the mail order company. If you have a service case, we would like to ask you Here in our service order you can also add the respective product to the shopping cart free of charge, so that we know exactly which product it is about.

2. Prepare the shipment for dispatch

Stick the return/return note on the package. Your return has already been paid for.

Please make sure to remove or obscure old labels on the packaging.

3. Send returns

Leave the return in a branch, at a packing station, in a parcel box or with the delivery person. Alternatively, you can also book a pickup for a fee.
