Thank you very much for your cooperation. I am very sorry though. I was not convinced by the ionized water. That has absolutely nothing to do with the Elegance. I am sure that the "heat problem" can be fixed or has already been solved in the new production.
On the one hand, I am a relatively convinced mineral water drinker. Ie water that comes from real sources. On the other hand, I was hoping for some kind of physical change from drinking the ionized water. But as I told you at the beginning, I don't taste any difference from tap water and haven't noticed any physical changes.
Of course, it could be that the time period was too short. But it's also the fact that it's tap water. That may be significantly better for you in Bavaria than here in Cologne. It's not the lime that bothers me, but all the other substances that are found in very small quantities in tap water.
All in all, these considerations led me to dismantle the device again at the weekend. I sent it back yesterday morning using the previously printed return slip. I didn't send the hoses because they were shortened. I had forgotten the drops for testing the alkaline content and instead sent along my ORP meter, which I am happy to leave to you.
I find your 4-week test phase extremely accommodating and in return I would like to offer you to reimburse me the amount, deducting a rental fee of 150 euros. I'm afraid even this amount doesn't cover your costs and re-packaging.
I should have descaled again properly, but then the pump would have been used and the descaling agent would have broken down and therefore could not be sold again without effort, so I simply emptied the device. I literally twisted and shook it over and over again for at least 10 minutes until nothing came out anymore.

Again, I'm sorry, but ionized water didn't convince me. But of all the devices on offer, the Elegance is by far the most elegant and (because of the flow reversal for the hard water) best device that I could imagine.

I have already created and attached the credit note. We will refund the amount via Paypal after receiving the system.
I understand your reasons, no issue, we have the ability to test all of our products and all customers.
Since your device was warming up in standby, even though it is the new SMPS version, I think that you didn't really produce alkaline water at all.
You can't rule out a defect because these are the first 10 pieces from the manufacturer for testing with the sMPs version.
Thank you for the 150 euro voluntary rental fee, which I'm happy to accept, as we obviously have to put in some effort to resell the device. You are the first to suggest something like this, very nice indeed.
Does an electrical measuring device for pH and ORP value measurement make sense?
