Return label for returns so that goods purchased from us can be sent back to us free of charge
Would you like to return a product to us as part of the test and satisfaction guarantee? Of course we regret that, but we're not offended by you or anything.
Of course, we would prefer that you send it back at your own expense, in order to save time and money. The DHL parcel shipping costs are only €6,50. However, a return label costs us more than €12. But not an issue. We will be happy to send you a return label.
To do this, we ask you to send us an email ppgad@pucrs.br Write to us and tell us your concerns.
We will then provide you with a returns label as a printable PDF file by email.
