It was co-developed by Yasin Akgün, Dipl.-Ing. TU Munich, because we work closely with the manufacturer and he has implemented our special wishes.

What does the AquaVolta® Exquisite 2.0 Water Ionizer do?
Molecular hydrogen is the most interesting point in the production of alkaline activated water in addition to the alkaline pH. But this gaseous molecule is reluctant to dissolve in water.
After all, up to 1.6mg / liter have under normal atmospheric pressure conditions enough space in the water. This is important, because from 0.5 mg, international researchers speak of a “therapeutic” level.
To achieve a desired level of 0.5 to 1.3 mg / liter even at a flow rate of 1-2 liters per minute, the AquaVolta® Elégance water ionizer produces significantly more hydrogen than can be dissolved in the water in a short time and thereby generates an overpressure which accelerates the dissolution of the gas in the water.
You can see that, for example, in the hydrogen bubbles, which escaped upwards, especially at higher water temperatures, shortly after filling into a glass. The remainder of invisible hydrogen bonds with the water.

An elegant new design with multifunction control display
This is a swivel double tap with an operable touch control display built into it. It is very easy to use, press once for alkaline, acidic or filtered water. Alkaline water flows out at the top. Acidic water flows out the bottom.
There are 4 basic (Alkaline) stages.
There are 2 acidic (Acidic) stages and only 1 neutral, filtered stage (Purified)
There is a different music tone for each type of water. A voice prompt tells you which pH you have selected.

Reset filter monitoring after replacement:
After changing the filter on the Exquisite or Elégance under the counter water ionizer, press and hold the PURIFIED button for 5 seconds.
As soon as you hear an acoustic "Bing" signal, the filter capacity display is reset.

Descaling for the AquaVolta® Elégance explained
The decalcification of the AquaVolta® Elégance undersink water ionizer and all other undersink ionizers is performed as follows:
- Preparation: decalcification tank, citric acid, pump, correct adapter hoses
- Connect the pump to one of the two outlets using the supplied adapters
- Decalcification process of two to four hours depending on the degree of calcification
- If it should ever stall, simply let it run in filtered mode for 5 seconds and remove the air bubbles from the device and the hoses.
- After the decalcification process, rinse the water ionizer and also the pump and adapter hoses sufficiently with clear water.
Note with calcified water | Optimal use in daily use to delay the decalcification periods
Although the AquaVolta® Elégance has a sophisticated decalcification concept, namely the flow-reversing mechanism after each change in the polarization of the electrodes, the AquaVolta® Elégance also requires its own descaling.
Depending on usage, descaling may be necessary every 4 weeks to 12 months. It depends on several factors, which are shown as follows:
Procedure for delaying the decalcification periods even further
Once you have poured the desired amount of activated water in a glass or whatever else you want from your Elégance under the counter water ionizer, remove it and briefly press the Purified button. This prevents activated water from relaxing in the ascending duct. The relaxation can namely lead to a faster calcification of the line.
After five to ten seconds, you can then press the Stop button.
Conversely, at the start of the tap, allow the stagnant water to drain into the sink for five to ten seconds before holding the vessel that you want to pour the water in under the output of water for filling.
