Originally designed for NASA, the memory foam adapts to your head and neck to provide anatomically supportive sleeping posture. The pillow has a carefully designed shape that additionally supports the neck and keeps the head in a comfortable position. The cover with alternating amethyst and tourmaline rows ensures a restful sleep. It has a zipper and can easily be removed.

The combination of ocher and negative ions has an antimicrobial effect and eliminates bad odors. The ergonomic design of the pillow is based on modern sleep research.

Ocher in memory foam

Ocher contains a number of antibiotic and antimicrobial enzymes, including catalase, diphenol oxidase, sucrase and protease, which eliminate 99.9% of germs and bacteria such as staphylococci that cause pneumonia.

Usage of the pillow

The Richway’s BioMat® Amethyst Pillow can be used as an accessory to any BioMat® model. The pillow consists of two parts. The outer part is the most important - it contains alternating rows of amethyst and tourmaline crystals. The inner part is a memory foam insert that gives the pillow its shape.

Unlike the BioMat®, it can be used as a versatile and useful remedy. Its shape is designed to provide a slight tightening of the neck, which can be very beneficial during a thirty- to forty-minute treatment. It is not necessarily suitable for night sleep. However, the memory foam insert can be removed and replaced with another cushion to suit the shape to individual needs.

If you open the zipper on the back, the outer part with the crystals can be used individually. If you warm these up on the BioMat® for about twenty minutes so as to reach max. 70 ° C it emits infrared radiation. So it can be wrapped around an arm or a leg for a local treatment. It can also be used on the BioMat® for a "sandwich treatment".
