Four-week test phase – we bear the risk for you
Since our main products, the Water Ionizers and also our other products mostly Within 24 hours after receipt of payment, ideally via PayPal or purchase on account or by prepayment are dispatched and you enjoy a four-week payment period, the first four weeks are – even when in use - one completely free test phase.
This gives you the opportunity to test your water ionizer and/or other products risk-free without having to get lost in the jungle of online information. We have already done that for you.
During the test phase, you should trust your gut feeling and sense of taste and of course also internalize the information that we provide you during the ordering process.
After the four-week test, the six-month test follows:
Our satisfaction guarantee is valid until 6 months after receiving the product. The following is an example of a water ionizer:
- Order by phone, email or in the shop May 1st. 2018
- Payment via Paypal Plus invoice, direct debit, credit card or PayPal, PayPal installment purchase, advance payment or IMMEDIATE transfer
- Typically received on May 3rd. 2018
- The four-week free test starts upon receipt. If the item is returned within these 4 weeks, the amount paid will be fully refunded
- If you keep the device, a Return shipping within the scope of the satisfaction guarantee in our example by November 1, 2017 (shipping date), i.e. possible 6 months after receipt. In this case, 70% of the total amount will be refunded to you.
