Dear Mr. Akgun, With reference to my attached mail of yesterday I would like to inform you that I have transferred the remaining payment of my Dion water Ionizers this morning. The amount should be on your bank account tomorrow. Please let me know if it has arrived to round-off matters.
With reference to your website and my approval to use my name and analysis results I have also attached the results of the laboratory of Dr. Asenbaum of my Dion water ionizer in England. In general I would recommend to explain better in the Dion Ionizer manual and video's the relevance of the pH and ORP readings on the display and the reasons why the readings have limited relationship with the real values of the water, especially for ORP. This can now give reason for confusion and was for me the reason for the analytical checks we have done.
Finally I would like to thank you for the excellent service given to us and allowing the analytical measurement of our treated water in the Munich laboratory as well as the postponement of the last 50% payment.
