You are welcome to transfer the amount to our account in advance; an invoice will automatically be sent to you by email upon receipt of the order. You can also view your orders and invoices online at My Account recall.
Please provide the invoice number when making a transfer. You can find this at the top right of every invoice.
We will ship the goods via DHL immediately after receipt of payment, probably on the same day.

This payment option has proven itself, is simple and quick. In addition, the goods are sent to the shipping department immediately after the online transaction. You can order all of our products online as normal and pay in installments over 99 months for orders between €5.000 and €12 (subject to a credit check). A special repayment or early repayment is possible at any time and without a surcharge.
Unfortunately, PayPal's installment payment is current only for customers with a German PayPal account is possible.

The procedure for using PayPal installment payment:
- In our checkout, select PayPal as your payment method
- On the PayPal payment page, check whether PayPal installment payment is displayed as a payment method in your PayPal account.
- If PayPal installment payment is displayed, please select it, submit the application and confirm the details.
- Agree to the credit check and please accept the installment agreement.
- Make a binding application for PayPal installment payment and finally confirm the purchase.
- After receiving the goods as soon as possible, test the goods within our framework four-week, free trial period
- Approximately 30 days after your purchase - i.e. in the free test phase - PayPal will deduct the first installment from your bank account

When will my first debit take place?
The first monthly installment will be deducted from your bank account approximately 30 days after conclusion of the installment agreement.
PayPal will inform you by email a few days in advance about the upcoming move-in.
Can I pay off the amount all at once?
This is of course possible at any time. To do this, log in to your PayPal account and access your installment payment. By clicking on “Make additional payment” you can repay the loan early.
The amount will then be deducted from your bank account. This option is free and PayPal does not charge any fees for it.

How do I pay back my PayPal installment payment?
