Various questions after the delivery of the Aquavolta® H2 Two Stage | Assembly | Commissioning | H2 Turbo...

Dear Corinne,
The following are the answers in red, your Yasin:

Hello Yasine and Yasin,

An installer was here on Thursday who was able to connect the device.
It took 2 hours, partly because our old connections are quite special. In this respect, the brother-in-law was right in December not to do it himself.
Your instructions weren't that easy for us either, even though I've invested some time, including with your videos. I have a few questions:
According to your instructions (p. 15) and the videos, a leak stopper should also be screwed onto the floor. On page 7 there is also reference to an aqua stop valve, which is probably the same one. On page 7 there is a link to page 19, where I can't find anything about Aquastopp.
But this stopper was not there. Should we install it later? I hope you can do it yourself, without a technician.
The leak stopper is not that important; it can be sent along or forwarded if the opportunity arises.

I couldn't find an open-end wrench either.
As an alternative, please use a coin or a large flathead screwdriver or a large spoon (my favorite)

A video shows small mineral stones in the booster that are supposed to prevent bacteria and would be included, but I didn't find them.
Please go through the final instructions, we have now explained everything nicely, it is analogous to your current H2 Rocket HIM: www.aquacentrum.de/wp-content/uploads/2021/09/Anleitung-Aquavolta-H2-Filtrator-inkl.-H2-Gas-Infusion-basisches-Wasserstoffwasser-221111.pdf

Will you send us the missing items? Or should I pick them up, or do we not need them?
The instructions (p. 19) say that the pressure builds up when the blue dial is opened.
However, the pressure gauge only showed pressure when the purple dial was opened. Is that okay?
Yes, that's okay

How many turns should these two dials be turned to be “on”?
According to a video, the dial in the direction of the booster is sufficient if it is only turned a little.
360 degrees are enough, i.e. one full revolution, possibly 2 revolutions in the inlet

The instructions (p. 21) say that the H2 shuttle filter needs to be changed after 6-12 months.
On page 22 it says that the carbon filter change is necessary after 6 months because it is the first in the water flow. In my opinion, this contradicts the information on page 20 and also the actual arrangement. I assume that the information on pages 21 and 22 is not entirely correct?
You would change the H2 Shuttle pH+ every 6 months, the carbon filters less often, how rarely is up to you, maybe every 12-18 months, but both.

When changing, the water access should be closed (pages 21 and 22). I assume the small plastic lever on the newly installed T-piece is enough?
Yes, it doesn't matter where the entrance is blocked off, it also works at the T-piece. Then first reduce the pressure by letting alkaline water run for a few seconds. Then replace the filter(s).

When tapping drinking water, loud rushing noises can be heard in the system. Is that okay? I don't notice any leaks, nor any air bubbles in the hoses.
Yes, this is normal, especially when the H2 Shuttle filter is new. These are H2 gas bubbles that are in the filters.

In the photos (pages 9, 10, 18, 19, 20) the booster is completely filled with water. The description says that it should only be filled to 70% or 2/3. Unless it's not mounted on the side of the Rocket. I assume this is due to the optimal hose length? What happens if it's too full? Will it break? Is water leaking? Are the hoses bursting? And what happens if it isn't filled enough?
You can also make it 3/4 full, almost better. If the H2 Turbo is not on the side, but further away, then fill it with water. If there is no air buffer, it could build up too much pressure and leak, either in the bottle of the H2 Turbo or in the H2 Turbo. In the latter case, water would come out of the lower hole. Either way you would notice...

A video says that around 10l of H2 water can be tapped after charging once for 40 minutes. In another I heard that charging for 5 minutes was better or possible, but more often. It confuses me a bit; what do you recommend to start with? We probably drink or use 10 liters a day.
I would like to get to know the device well.
One is, you use the turbo externally, mobile, to make H2 water, then 5 minutes are enough. The other is, if it is attached to the H2 Rocket and gasses it, then 40 minutes running time every 3-5 days... You notice, If you do it too rarely, then the H2 Rocket is not “On Fire”, i.e. the water that comes out is less fresh and milky...

Tap 0,5l, 5 minute break, tap again, then the H2 content is higher than without a break. Does this also apply to the extra booster I have?
No, forget the topic, it's already been refuted. Only let it run for 5 minutes for a 250 ml portion size.

Does it make sense to fill filtered (H2) water into the extra booster? Then the filtered water is boosted again. It doesn't hurt, does it?
Yes, of course, that's important. What other water do you want to put in the external 2nd booster? That's why you have the H2 Rocket.

The new faucet has a great design and fits in here well. Unfortunately, I've already pinched my palm when I turn up (K/W) just slightly, which I didn't expect. I'll see if I can figure it out here, I also make compromises when it comes to design, of course the best thing is that both fit. In one of your videos I saw a similarly shaped (shiny) tap, but it could be easier to use with rounded edges. Do you also have that in your program?
I think it's important for you to develop usable ones.
Hmm, could you have the levers shortened by a mechanical engineer or a workshop? We only have one or two returns of the chrome ones left, we can send one forward for exchange, or a completely new one too..

I believe your product is very good.
It also deserves an equally good description so that users can quickly get to grips with it and understand it well. Therefore, please do not take my long text as petty, but rather as benevolent feedback. On the one hand, it is important to me that things are going well for me here, and on the other hand, I also wish you much success.

Thank you very much, dear Corinne
I look forward to your answer and will make the transfer straight away.
See you soon, Corinne

Aquavolta® H2 Turbo V2 - H2 generator for producing hydrogen water 5 min blue long 1200

H2 sparkling water from the Aquavolta® H2 Turbo

This is confusing me now. The Aquavolta® H2 Turbo In both cases it serves to enrich the water with hydrogen gas. Or not?

Hello Mr. Müller,

Jain, the Turbo is actually there to produce 5 ml of hydrogen-containing water in 250 minutes.

In combination with the H2 Mini Rocket aka. Water filter It is misused as a hydrogen gas generator, hence the 40 long minutes for the few 200ml to 250 ml of H2 gas.

However, since we need very little H2 gas to produce, for example, 4 ppm H2 content (if your line pressure is 4 bar, that's easily possible), this is a very ingenious concept that took over 4 years to achieve how the Mini Rocket is now available:

Simple, small, but including everything and above all what the palate desires and with unbeatable H2 values that a flow water filter or water ionizer has ever achieved. Everything else doesn't even create half the H2 content and is easily twice or more more expensive and therefore more complicated and therefore naturally more vulnerable. More susceptible means that there may be trouble for the customer during the warranty period or even afterwards, but for us, with several thousand customers, a service case, which is now becoming less and less fun after 17 years.

With that in mind, I think you now have your preparation. At the Mini-Rocket, the water filter If you have a platform that you can mount differently, with or without increasing the pH value, everything is possible. The best, very tasty, creamy H2-enriched hydrogen water to the highest degree.

Hope this helps with your decision making, see you in our store, best regards

Yours, Yasin Akgün
